How do I start the insurance process?
Once your intake paperwork is completed, we will help you by contacting your insurance to verify coverage and benefits on your behalf. The CI team will submit any necessary insurance authorizations.
When will I receive a bill?
Our billing cycle is monthly with billing statements being mailed out around the 1st of the month, for therapy services from the previous month.
Who do I contact about a change in my insurance information?
Great question! We will need to know about any change in insurance or address, throughout the year, as soon as possible. You can contact our billing department directly with this information. They will need new paperwork filled out, along with a copy of your new insurance card.
What are my payment options?
There are several ways to pay your bill! CI now utilizes automated payments. Manual payments can be processed in several ways:
- Online on the CI website
- Patient portal
- Phone: 608-497-3198
- Mail: CI Pediatric Therapy Centers 2927 S Fish Hatchery Rd Madison, WI 53711
- At your clinic’s front desk
Are there grant opportunities available?
Our team would love to help you look into this! We have dedicated members of our CI Team, Family Support Liaisons (FSLs), that can work with you and your family to investigate any potential grant opportunities. To contact a member of our FSL team, you may do so on our contact form here!
No Surprises Act
You are protected by the No Surprises Act from surprise billing, also called “balance billing”. Under this law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Our billing and insurance team is here to help answer any questions. To read more about this, please select the link below:
