Who We Are

We are a comprehensive pediatric therapy center, with clinic locations throughout the state of Wisconsin. Our state-of-the-art facilities, dedicated team members and supportive environment allow our patients to reach their maximum potential.

Here at CI, we believe that we have the best job in the world, because our work revolves around supporting awesome children and their wonderful families. Oh yeah, and also because we get to play every day! Our interdisciplinary team focuses on the unique needs of each child and strong candidates should possess energy, creativity, and passion for the pediatric world of therapy. CI is a fast-paced company with opportunities for growth and professional development. Click here to go to our careers website and view our current openings. If you do not see a current opening that fits you, please know that we are always interested in reviewing applications from passionate and hard-working people. We would love to hear from you!

Due to the continued increase in COVID -19 cases in Dane County, we are limiting the number of people in our clinic spaces; because of this, we have made the hard decision to put our volunteer opportunities on hold.

With things continually changing, we are hoping that our volunteer opportunities will be something we can re-offer at a future time.

The work we do every day at CI is supported by a group of talented and hard-working volunteers. They help stock, clean, sing, dance, motivate, laugh, organize, prep, craft and much more! They are a special part of our team because they help our children be the best that they can be. We have been lucky to welcome such an incredible group of undergraduate students, who are studying to become therapists, educators, social workers, or medical professionals, as a part of our volunteer team. Students and Job Shadowing

The CI team is eager to share our knowledge with future therapy professionals.  We seek to offer professional students opportunities for hands-on fun and transdisciplinary learning in a supportive environment.

If you would like to complete your professional school internship at CI (OTS/OTAS, PTS/PTASSpeech-Language Pathology Students), please direct your institution’s Academic Fieldwork Coordinator to contact our Student Coordinator, Laura Nagel (  Students are required to complete an interview and training prior to beginning their placement.

If you are an undergraduate student with ambitions of becoming a licensed therapy professional, we encourage you to apply for a semester-long volunteer commitment through our Volunteer application.

If you are an individual interested in job shadowing opportunities, you are invited to apply for a semester-long volunteer commitment through our Volunteer application.  Many of our clients benefit from consistency and familiar faces, and we have found this to be the most mutually beneficial arrangement. For this reason,  CI is unable to accommodate single day or short term job shadowing requests.  Our semester-long volunteer commitments can be just a couple of hours per week!

Our top priority is to provide our clients and families with the highest level of care as possible.  Volunteers will first and foremost be placed with our team members and clients based on scheduling and the clinical need for session or group support.  While volunteer preferences for time spent with a specific type of therapy professional will be honored whenever possible, opportunities may or may not be aligned with the therapy discipline with which you are seeking shadowing experience
