Arden is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Arden completed their undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University, where they earned a bachelor’s of science in human development and family sciences. Arden earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Arden has experience working with identity exploration, PTSD, depression, anxiety, abuse and neglect, grief, and life changes/adjustment struggles. Arden’s approach pulls from attachment theory, feminist theory and internal family systems while maintaining a strengths-based, trauma informed foundation. Arden is passionate about working with those in the neurodivergent population and LGBTQ+ population. Arden aims to meet all children and caregivers where they are and work in tandem with them to build skills that meet their unique needs.
