Brittany Macrander

Brittany has an adorable puppy named Harley. She loves to spend time at her family’s cabin in Eagle River. She swam with dolphins in The Bahamas.

Brittany earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Go, Badgers! During graduate school, Brittany worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a nursing center and as a Personal Care Worker for children with autism through Community Living Alliance. Before joining the CI team, she previously practiced as a speech-language pathologist in an elementary school. Brittany strongly supports child-driven therapy and loves learning from caring, curious, and compassionate young minds. She is motivated by the unique needs of each child and the variety of challenges that each day brings. Brittany is inspired by the CI model and strives to bring creativity, energy, and joy to each session. She is thrilled to join the CI team, to support each child in reaching his or her full potential, and to collaborate with therapists and families to provide family-centered care. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on the Packers & Badgers, traveling, and adventuring in the Northwoods.
