Claire holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Wisconsin and brings a diverse clinical and administrative background to her role. With more than 10 years of experience in independent living, skilled nursing, and home health, she has worked closely with individuals living with dementia, neurodegenerative conditions, and physical disabilities. Her work in these settings has shaped her passion for elevating quality of care and supporting both employees and clients with empathy, thoughtfulness, and kindness. At CI, Claire’s favorite part of her work is watching families achieve meaningful goals and integrate them into daily life. Outside the office, she enjoys quilting, playing board games with loved ones, and making music on both the trumpet and piano.
