Emilie Hash

Emilie loves to cook new, tasty recipes. She traveled to Australia during her master’s program to discuss the field of speech pathology with Australian researchers and students. She likes to snow ski and dance.

Emilie received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Texas Christian University. While in graduate school, Emilie completed a variety of pediatric internships, including training at an inpatient/outpatient medical center and at a school dedicated to serving children with Down syndrome. She completed her clinical fellowship year in a school working with elementary students from diverse cultural linguistic backgrounds. Her clinical interests include early language development, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and feeding. Emilie is passionate about family-centered therapy, parent-training, and therapy sessions that are focused on each child’s unique needs and interests.  She is very excited to serve her community in Central Wisconsin! In her free time, Emilie enjoys trying new foods, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
