Erin Glueck

Erin has gone shark cage diving in South Africa, loves sloths and enjoys watching Chicago Blackhawks games!

Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Iowa and her master’s degree in Child Development from the Erikson Institute. While studying at the University of Iowa, she completed an internship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago in the Partial Hospitalization Program and Inpatient Psychiatry Unit where she created and implemented original recreation therapy groups.  During her graduate studies, she completed an internship at the Chicago Children’s Museum where she created resources on how to best support a child’s racial and cultural identity at each stage of child development. Previously, Erin has worked at a Special Recreation Association as a program lead for an after-school program for individuals with disabilities. She loves working with children and their families! In her free time, Erin loves reading, painting, volunteering, and playing with her chocolate lab named Penny!
