Jen Johnson

Jen was a dance instructor for ten years. She has run a half marathon. She once lived in Nicaragua for over a month.

Jen earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from UW-Stout and a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University in Massachusetts. While earning her degrees, Jen has engaged in a variety of roles offering a helping hand and a cheerful attitude as an assistant teacher in a preschool, a paraprofessional on a high school special education team, a volunteer with the Special Olympics bowling team, and a dance instructor. Working with kids in a wide range of settings allowed Jen the opportunity to develop her passion for pediatrics. She looks forward to starting her occupational therapy career at CI and is inspired by the energy and enthusiasm of the collaborative CI family-centered model. In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time outside, being active, lifting weights, and dancing.
