Kaitlin loves to travel and explore. She fulfilled a lifelong dream to live in another state by attending the University of New England in Portland, Maine and completing fieldwork rotationNew Hampshire and Minnesota. She enjoys doing any outdoor activities, reading, listening to music, and cooking. One of Kaitlin’s small joys is her morning cup of coffee with a good book.

Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of New England. While attending college, she worked at the La Crosse Area Family YMCA in the child care center, where she absolutely fell in love with working with kids. After college she worked as a camp counselor at an all-abilities summer camp and spent a year working with a variety of kids as a youth behavior specialist. Kaitlin is passionate about finding just the right challenge for all of her kiddos while remaining playful, patient, and purposeful. Kaitlin’s goal is to provide meaningful, holistic, and individualized care as an occupational therapist while collaborating with the entire team and family! Kaitlin completed an outpatient pediatric fieldwork rotation in which she gained experience in sensory integration, sensory processing, the SOS approach to feeding and eating, and aquatic therapy. She also experienced an outpatient neuro rotation during which she worked with a diverse range of clients. Outside of work Kaitlin loves to connect with friends and family over a good meal, explore all aspects of her community (especially nature and food), and go to concerts.
