Karen is a physical therapist assistant that earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University and PTA degree from Pima Medical Institute in Denver, Colorado. A passion for learning about anatomy and “how we move” is what attracted her to physical therapy. Working in outpatient therapy most of her career, she is now excited to join the CI team and expand her knowledge in the pediatric setting. Originally from Portland, Oregon she then lived in Colorado for 15 years where she met her husband. They now live in Sun Prairie with their two beautiful daughters and two large Alaskan Malamutes. She met her husband while coaching volleyball, which they enjoy playing in leagues and tournaments in their free time. When not at CI, you will also find her visiting family at the lake up north, cycling, having dance parties with her kiddos and watching movies and sporting events!
