Kristen Valdez
Kristen loves exploring new places through both domestic and international travel. If she had to pick a favorite place on Earth, it would be Mount Rainier in Washington. Growing up, you could usually find Kristen making music - whether on the piano, clarinet, saxophone, or in the hand bell choir.

Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. With 14 years of experience as a physical therapist – eight of those dedicated exclusively to working with children – Kristen brings both expertise and a deep passion for helping kids grow and thrive. Kristen has pursued additional training in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Introductory Level B, Total Motion Release (TMR) Level 1, and BSPTS Level 1 treatment for scoliosis, allowing her to provide specialized, evidence-based care tailored to each child’s needs. Kristen especially enjoys helping children achieve important motor milestones through play, creating a fun, supportive environment where progress feels exciting and empowering for both kids and their families. Outside of the clinic, Kristen loves spending time outdoors and with family – and has recently embraced the busy and fun “hockey mom” lifestyle.
