Laura completed her collegiate career at UW-Madison, with a BS in Rehabilitation Psychology and an MS in Occupational Therapy. Laura conducted research on children’s executive functioning and provided in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism diagnoses for over 5 years during college. Laura has worked with pediatric and adult populations with a variety of diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, spina bifida, and burns. Additionally, Laura has experience with interventions such as Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT), Intensive Method with TheraSuit, the Zones of Regulation, and social skills related to relationships & sexuality. Laura also enjoys pursuing leadership opportunities at both the community and state levels. In her free time, Laura loves hanging out with her family and friends, playing board games, kayaking, and hiking.
