Laura completed her collegiate career at UW-Madison, with a BS in Rehabilitation Psychology and a MSOT in Occupational Therapy. Laura conducted research on children’s executive functioning and provided in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism diagnoses for over 5 years during her collegiate career. Laura has also worked with pediatric and adult populations across a variety of diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, spina bifida, burns, and other medically fragile populations. Additionally, Laura has experience with interventions such as Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT), Intensive Method with TheraSuit, the Zones of Regulation, and social skills related to relationships & sexuality. Laura also enjoys pursing leadership opportunities at the community and state levels. In her free time, Laura enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, playing board games, kayaking, and hiking.
