Liz received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UW-Madison. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disorders (LEND) program through the Waisman Center, where she received specialized training in interdisciplinary care and treatment for a variety of developmental disabilities. Before becoming a speech therapist, she spent three years providing in-home therapy to children with autism. Liz is passionate about working with children of all ages to promote meaningful communication skills through a variety of treatment approaches. Liz has presnted professionally at both the state and national level. She is trained in PROMPT, LAMP, and the Get Permission approach to feeding. Outside of the clinic, Liz enjoys cooking, doing yoga, and being outside.
