Louisa Schweigel

Louisa is originally from northern Illinois but loves to travel throughout the US. She has hiked Mt. Katahdin (tallest mountain in Maine) and loves spending time outdoors. She loves being creative and spends a lot of free time crafting, drawing, and painting.

Louisa earned her bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She hopes to further her education in the future by pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Throughout her time as an undergraduate, she worked as a play therapist for kids with disabilities. She also served as a recreation inclusion specialist in the schools and adapted school programming to create an inviting space for all kids. She is passionate about creating fun and inclusive spaces for children to play and grow! Louisa spent six months volunteering for CI prior to starting as a Care Coordinator and has loved learning from all the families, kids, and staff. Outside of work, Louisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring Madison on bike rides or walks, and doing DIY projects for her apartment.
