Madee wore a back brace for scoliosis for two years in middle and high school. She loves taking long walks by Lake Mendota. She has watched every episode of the TV show GLEE three times (with GLEE Live being her first concert)!

Madee earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology-Human Performance from UW-Eau Claire and her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from UW-Madison. She was born in Mauston, WI, and she grew up in Hudson, WI just twenty minutes outside of the Twin Cities. During her time at UW-Eau Claire, she volunteered in the PRIDE4KIDS program, which allowed her to work with children to achieve gross motor and physical activity goals. Madee also spent time volunteering in a multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic in the Twin Cities and completed a clinical in the Middleton-Cross Plains School District. She is passionate about helping children be physically active and helping them achieve their functional goals. During her free time, Madee loves to read classic novels and go on long walks while listening to a podcast. She also enjoys trying out new gluten free recipes, watching The Food Network, and spending time with her friends and family. Madee is extremely excited to join the CI team and looks forward to working in a fun and collaborative environment.
