Maig earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in Spanish and linguistics, and her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. There, she gained experiences with clients with a variety of diagnoses including children with autism, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), Down syndrome, neurological disorders, language delays, and speech sound disorders. Following these experiences, she began her employment at CI in August 2025. She has a passion for providing Aided Language Stimulation or language modeling in session for those who use high tech AAC devices, as well as tailoring her play-based sessions to whatever the child may be interested in! When she is away from CI, she enjoys hiking, playing cards with friends and family, and exploring all that Madison has to offer.
