Marie’s favorite food is guacamole. Her favorite trip was to Tanzania. You can always find her with a Starbucks latte in hand, usually chasing around her two toddler boys!

Marie has been with CI for over 7 years. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from UW-Madison. She has extensive experience working primarily with children in both outpatient and school settings. Through her other work experiences, Marie has provided therapy and in-home personal care to autistic children, as well as to those with other developmental disabilities. She has extensive experience working with children with articulation and language disorders as well as children who use AAC (Alternative/Augmentative Communication) devices. Marie has been trained in various AAC methods, such as LAMP and PODD, and has also completed the Get Permission Approach to Feeding. Another passion area is supporting older clients with developing neurodiversity-affirming goals. In her spare time, Marie loves spending time with her family, baking, and going up north to the lake!
