One of Megan’s favorite adventures was traveling up Australia’s east coast, where she surfed, skydived, and fell completely in love with traveling. Back home, she’s joyfully outnumbered by her three dogs—Harold, Anna, and Colt—and loves spending her free time reading or exploring new hiking trails.

Megan earned her degree in Social Work from Winona State University and has dedicated her career to supporting children and families. She began her journey in the Child Welfare System, moved into coordinating services for the Birth-to-Three population, and later joined the CI Care Team from 2016 to 2022.  Throughout her work, Megan has been committed to connecting with families—celebrating their strengths, listening to their goals, and helping them navigate services with confidence. Megan is delighted to be returning to CI. Stepping into her new role she is excited to collaborate and support the amazing Mental Health Team. She looks forward to supporting families in new ways. Beyond her work, Megan loves reading, hiking, and sharing time with her significant other and their three dogs, who add plenty of joy and adventure to her days.
