Taylor earned both her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and French and her post-baccalaureate certificate in Communication Sciences and Disorders from UW-Madison. For several years after that, she was a preschool teacher in Chicago. She then attended Marquette University, where she completed her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. While there, she worked as a graduate assistant in the Motor Speech Lab. Taylor has experience working in hospitals and outpatient clinics with clients from age 18 months to 99 years! She loves a good theme-week and has always been a huge advocate for play-based learning. She believes in treating the whole person to achieve the best outcome. Taylor is passionate about collaborating with families and finding the right activities to motivate her clients, making sure they have fun while they make progress. In her free time, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, planning the next friend or family gathering, and indulging in some much-needed couch time. She is thrilled to be a CI team member!
